1. You need a photo that's maximum 500 pixels wide. Any wider and it'll ruin the layout of the forum page.

2. Upload the picture you want to My Gallery - there's a new album called 'Banners'

3. View the photo and copy the url to it (right click, select Copy image location)

4. Alternatively if you use a site like PhotoBucket, you can get your photo url from there.

5. Go to 'My Settings' in the Forum and Edit Signature.

6. Paste this: <img alt="" src="/Portals/0/PHOTOURL" />

7. Select PHOTOURL (leave the apostrophes where they are) and paste in your url you saved earlier. It'll look a bit like the picture below, with your photo url from one pink arrow to the other.

8. If your image is 500 or more wide, then make sure it says 500 for width where the green arrow is - just type over the number in there already.

9. Update and preview - tada.

10. You can still have some wordy bits in your signature block - type whatever you want to before the <img bit.
