If you are a registered user you may upload content to the site. You'll need to email the site admin first explaining what you'd like to do and why you'd like to be a contributor. Once accepted your user account will be updated to allow this and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please read through the help page for contributors (you'll have access to this once your account has been upgraded).

Once you've uploaded your content, a moderator will have to approve it before it will show. How quickly this happens depends on availability of a moderator, but they will be emailed so don't worry, they will know about your submission.
