I Really like your monster. It waa the first bike I sat on and fell in love with but the Kawasaki was a bit cheaper.
One day a Ducati will be mine.....

Yes it's a Ducati Hypermotard 1100S and it is fantastic!
My previous bikes have been
Honda CB500 - reliable but missing something.
Ducati Monster 620 - lovely bike but I traded it in for an S2R which was great - beautiful and fun. But not as much fun as the Hyper!
BMW 650GS - good but I bought a lowered one and it wasn't really what I needed.
Kawasaki Z750S - disappointing. It vibrated a lot at 5-6000 revs ( 70-80MPH)
Suzuki GSXR 750 K7 - a lovely looking bike but too extreme for my needs, and not suitable for my replacement knee!
Honda Hornet 600 07 - a great bike which I still have, but I can't see me ever riding it again as I love the hypermotard Sooooo much!

Ah but it is worth it. You get 90 ish miles to a tank, and get regular chances to get off the bike and adore it at petrol stations!

Right now I have 2 Triumph Americas, a Kymco Cruiser 125 and a 1945 Triumph 3HW (WWII Dispatch Rider's Bike). With the exception of the 3HW all are on the road and legal,...
And as there are lots of Track pics....heres me on an America at Mallory last year...

WOW !!!!! you ladies are truly an inspiration. I only got my CBT last weekend no clothing or bike. Half feeling alone being new, billy no mates in the bike area and lacking in confidence and the other half in awe of what i have read from all the messages.......... so much that i now find it 5am and still reading. Is that sad or have i become obsessed.
I am a short ar** standing at 5ft half an inch, so finding it difficult finding not only clothing but a bike. However, its an exciting personal challenge. Any advice would be glady appreciated. One day I would like to have a wonderful machine I can be proud of just like you ladies, and hopefully be a good rider too. You ladies are so inspiring !!!

I ride a pink one. Despite falling out of the ugly tree, I love her so.

Hurrah, finally found a way to post pictures
Well, after all these seriously leant over bikes I thought I'd add a nice upright one
So, that's me and my little Beemer (a BMW F650)
and here he is on tour in Germany (in November! Don't know what possessed me, it was bloomin freezing, I tell ya)
