Angie rides sidecar in the Bemsee series, sometimes as an all-girl team with Jill, and sometimes with her partner, Ged.

Angie's 24 year old son Tony races as a passenger with Russell Wisdom.

"My biggest fan is my 3 year old grandson, Joe".

"I have Chrons disease and had to have most of my intestines removed, so racing has helped me to get fit and maintain my health".

How long have you been riding?
I started riding motorcycles off road at about 14 years of age, on the road at 16 with a moped then right through until 2003 when I sold my custom bike to buy a new sidecar.

What inspired you to start racing?

I can't stand watching Ged and Tony race - if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

Who are your sponsors, if any?
Ged's sponsors have bought me a new set of tyres.

What are your plans and ambitions?
To get faster and by a F1 sidecar - this has not been done by a woman yet (as far as I know!)

Who are your mentors?
Ged is my mentor and I look up to Steve Webster.

What do you do in your spare time?
With 2 full time jobs and everything I have to do to keep racing I don't have any spare time.

Who is your favourite racing hunk?
Ged Canfield!
