Ever since I can remember, I have always wanted
to race motorbikes. In fact ever since I can remember
I have raced motorbikes in a variety of disciplines,
starting at the age of six with a good deal of
success ever since. I dream of the day when we
reach the top and becoming world champion. I believe
in this dream. I know that I can make a career
for myself out of my passion – the only
thing that’s to stop me reaching the top
would be lack of funding.
As I’m sure you can imagine being a female
in a totally male dominated sport is attracting
much media attention. The attention gained by
being just that little bit different could increase
the profile of your company through advertising.

A Little About Me – A Brief History
· Road racing is the all I have ever wanted
to do for as long as I can remember.
· I got my first motorbike a Yamaha PW 50
at the age of just 3 it was all I wanted for Christmas.
· I started racing on it as soon as possible
in the discipline of motocross and that was in 1995.
· In 95 and 96 I finished 4 championships
with in the top 5.
· For the 1997 season I switched to grass
track, grass track was nearer to the sport of road
racing here it was more a battle with other riders
rather than fighting the elements of the motor cross
track.
· With 2nd been the best finish in a championship
within this sport.
· With the arrival of foot and mouth in 2001
we switched to mini moto racing.
· At this discipline we found success finishing
2nd in one championship and 3rd in two, and been awarded
senior rider of the year in 2003 with the eastern
counties club.
· Then I progressed onto road racing for the
start of the 2004 season.
· I had to start on a production rs Aprilia
125 because of my age.
· 2nd was the best place taken on the Aprilia
· After only ten meetings I switched to the
Honda rs 125 gp.
· We raced with the Honda for the second half
of the 2004 season and never finished out of the top
ten
· Same bike was rode in the 2005 season.
· With the aim of the season been to learn
all the circuits around the country
· We raced with many different clubs at circuits
such as Brands Hatch, Donnington Park and Cadwell.
· Taking many finishes in the top 5 and the
best championship placing of the year been 5th, also
in 2005 I tuck my first win road racing, and as far
as we know I’m the only female to ever win at
cadwell park
· The best weekend of the year was taking
3 wins at cadwell.
· My season was cut short thought by an accident
in August at Snetterton where I highsided out of 2nd
place and broke my ankle
· At the end of the season I received an award
off the ACU for youth achievement within the east
midlands
· Also I have had increasing interest from
the media including an article published in ‘The
Sun’ newspaper, national magazine ‘Bike;
and appeared on ‘Calendar Regional News.’
